Sucre, Bolivia

Sucre is the constitutional capital of the Bolivia.  Despite being the fourth most populated city in in the country, it still maintains its charm and a relaxed vibe with its colonial-style buildings and cobblestone streets.  Many people come for a few days and end up staying a few weeks.

Its setting surrounded by beautiful mountains does not hurt either.

There are not a lot of sites to see within the city, but it is a pleasant place to relax for a while.  And for adventure lovers, there are many hikes and mountain biking opportunities in the surrounding area.
